Баскско-французская кухня ресторана La Paloma характерна блюдами исключительного качества.

Меню ресторана инновационно и обновляется три раза в год для сезонной адаптации блюд. Таким образом используются ингредиенты высшего качества для приготовления исысканных рецептов.

Кухня ресторана специализируется на блюдах из дичи и грибов. Повара ресторана обычно выбирают продукты самого лучшего качества на рынке, и, в зависимости от выбора, предлагают блюда, не включенные в основное меню.

Предлагается дегустационное меню за 55 евро.

Если Вы желаете попробовать как можно больше блюд по умеренной цене, предлагается возможность заказать ½ порции блюда или выбрать меню из миниатюрных закусок на террасе ресторана.
